Creamy Flowers
The basic is very similar to Realistic Gel Paint, however, here we paint only a small colored base, just right under the flower and we paint into it with white paint. In this case, I change the Chameleon Art gel White to a Creamy White Gel, and I use also other gels (2 in 1 colorgels/One stroke gels) also for the bases. The steps are almost the same like in Realistic gel paint, I also paint the petals twice with white, what is new, that we always shade these flowers. Many shadings to get a nice deep, 3D effect. With this technique we can also paint many other designs, like birds, animals etc, those are in the second level. Same fast technique like a wet on wet, awesome for salon work.
It will look more 3D and another positive result is that this material stays in on it’s place better! Very easy to shade it, because of the creamy nature of this white gel. Why don’t we use it then for Realistic Gel Paint? The reason is very simple: we have another goal - to blend it fine with the background color. Creamy Flowers have different effects, always on white or light background, with a lot off shading. For the best result, use Matt Top gel, or even give tiny details with thin white outlines (for contours I always use the White Chameleon Art gel).
